基于STM32的可靠性锂电池充电系统的设计与实现

摘要 在应用锂电池的测试测量系统中,为了降低锂电池充电子系统对整体系统的影响因素,提高整体系统的可靠性,设计了一种以STM32为主控核心的锂电池充电系统。该系统以FD180A作为充电管理芯片;以BQ34Z100作为锂电池信息读取芯片;锂电池充电系统可以根据锂电池的参数不同进行充电电流和充电电压的配置,在配置完成后锂电池充电模块会自动监测输入电流,智能的对锂电池充电电流进行实时调整,以确保整体系统中其他负载可以正常工作,提高了系统的可靠性。实际测试结果显示,锂电池充电模块可以安全有效地完成对锂电池的充放电工作,已成功应用于实际项目中。 In the application of lithium battery test and measurement system,in order to reduce the impact factor of lithium battery charging subsystem on the whole system,increased reliability of the entire system,a lithium battery charging system with STM32 as the main control core is designed.The system uses FD180A as charge management chip.BQ34Z100 is used as the infor-mation reading chip of lithium battery.The charging system of lithium battery can configure charging current and charging voltage ac-cording to different parameters of lithium battery.After the configuration,the charging module of lithium battery will automatically monitor the input current and adjust the charging current of lithium battery in real time intelligently to ensure that other loads in the whole system can work normally and improved reliability of the entire system.The actual test results show that the lithium battery charging module can safely and effectively complete the charge and discharge of lithium battery,and has been successfully applied in practical projects.
