新时代呼唤高职文科专业群高质量发展。高职文科专业群发展面临文科无用观念作梗、产教融合政策粗放、校企合作实践滞后、文科育人模式陈旧等现实困境。要积极打破文科无用观念,由专注办学向整体推进转变;要探索推行精准激励的校企合作券制度,由激励企业向生企并重转变;要构建多元协同的高质量发展联盟,由校企合作向多元协同转变;要实行更加灵活的“宽基础活模块”人才培养模式,由教师中心向师生双核转变;要采用任务驱动的培养方法,由教学为主向应用为王转变;要通过智慧赋能、融合增能、一专多能、创新扩能,由专业本位向动态优化转变。

The new era calls for the high-quality development of higher vocational liberal arts majors.The liberal arts specialty group in higher vocational education is faced with such difficulties as the block of useless concept of liberal arts,the extensive policy of integration of industry and education,the lagging practice of school-enterprise cooperation,and the obsolete mode of liberal arts education.Therefore,we should break the liberal arts useless concept,and transform from focusing on running a school to taking into account marketing;We should explore the system of school-enterprise cooperative voucher with precise incentive,and transform from the incentive enterprise to the enterprise and students with equal emphasis;We should build a high-quality development alliance of multi-cooperation,transform from school-enterprise cooperation to multi-cooperation;We should carry out a more flexible“broad-based flexible module”talent training model,transform from teacher-centered to teacher-student dual-core;We should adopt task-driven training method,change from teaching-oriented to application-oriented;We should and change from specialty-oriented to dynamic optimization through wisdom empowerment,integration and enhancement,specialization and innovation.
