郑和学院本土化人才培养的线上教学探索与实践——以江苏经贸职业技术学院为例

Online Teaching of the Localized Talent Cultivation in Zhenghe College:Taking Jiangsu Vocational Institute of Commerce as an Example

本土化人才培养是“一带一路”背景下郑和学院服务“走出去”企业的核心内容。江苏经贸职业技术学院在实施“郑和计划”的早期,出现了跨文化交流不畅、中外课程侧重点不同、学生学习基础不一、参与虚拟课堂的积极性不高等问题。针对这些问题提出一系列对策,以期在教学理念、教学内容、教学模式等方面为中外合作办学提供经验和启示。

Localized talent cultivation is the core content of Zhenghe Colleges service for“going-out”enterprises under the background of the Belt and Road Initiative.During the early project implementation of Zhenghe Plan in Jiangsu Vocational Institute of Commerce,some problems such as poor cross-cultural communication,different emphasis of Chinese and foreign courses,different learning foundations of students,and low enthusiasm in virtual classrooms were found.To solve these problems,a series of countermeasures are put forward in order to provide experience for Sino-foreign cooperative education in the aspects of teaching concept,teaching content and teaching mode.
