摘要
丙烯酸是丙烯衍生物中的第四大衍生物,在制备高吸水性树脂、个人卫生用品等方面具有广泛的应用。为了满足市场对品质的要求,本实验设计采用熔融结晶的方法提纯出丙烯酸,采用单因素实验法考察了结晶终点温度和降温速率,发汗终点温度和发汗速率对丙烯酸纯度的影响,并得出最佳工艺参数条件:结晶终点温度为-4℃,降温速率为0.7℃/min,发汗终点温度为13.9℃,发汗速率为0.03℃/min。
Acrylic acid is the fourth largest derivative of propylene derivatives,which is widely used in the preparation of high absorbent resin and personal hygiene products.In order to meet the requirements of the market for quality,the method of melt crystallization was used to purify acrylic acid.The single factor experiment method was used to investigate the influence of the final crystallization temperature,the cooling rate,the sweating final temperature and sweating rate on the purity of acrylic acid.The optimal process parameters were obtained as follows:the final crystallization temperature was-4℃,the cooling rate was 0.7℃/min,the sweating final temperature was 13.9℃and the sweating rate was 0.03℃/min.
