摘要
比较湖北产地共6批茶叶的茶水中咖啡因的浓度。通过模拟泡茶工艺,利用高效液相色谱法,检测并分析茶水中咖啡因的浓度。咖啡因标准品溶液在0.1~0.5 mg/μL之间,浓度于峰面积呈良好的线性关系,精密度、稳定性、重复性均良好。远安黄茶茶叶的茶水中咖啡因的含量最高,为0.094 mg/mL。该实验数据为继续研究湖北本土茶叶的质量和以茶叶为原料进行再次创新提供新的参考。
To compare the concentration of caffeine in six kinds of tea from Hubei province,the concentration of caffeine in tea by HPLC through tea water was detected and analyzed.The concentration of caffeine standard solution in the range of 0.1 mg/μL to 0.5 mg/μL showed a good Linear reLationship with the peak area,good precision,stability and repeatability.The caffeine content of yuan'an Yellow tea was the highest,as 0.094 mg/mL.The experimental data provided a new reference for further research on the quality of Hubei Local tea and innovation using tea as raw material.
