丙烷脱氢装置低温回收区设备和管道布置设计

摘要 丙烷脱氢项目作为国内近年来快速发展的项目,但目前国内对丙烷脱氢项目的工程经验和项目研究还较缺少。依据国内某丙烷脱氢装置低温回收区设备和管道布置设计经验,阐述低温回收区设备管道布置工艺流程和注意事项,通过图表分析、方案对比一一研究总结低温回收区设备和管道布置设计要点。低温回收区存在大量的低温回收区关键核心设备是冷箱,做好冷箱的设备和管道布置设计,是整个低温回收区设备和管道布置设计成功的基石。 Propane dehydrogenation project is a rapidly developing project in China in recent years.However,there is still a lack of engineering experience and project research on propane dehydrogenation project in China.Based on the design experience of equipment and pipeline layout in low-temperature recovery area of a propane dehydrogenation unit in China,the process flow and precautions for equipment and pipeline layout in low-temperature recovery area were described,and the key points for equipment and pipeline layout design in low-temperature recovery area were summarized through chart analysis and scheme comparison.There were a large number of key core equipment in the low-temperature recovery area,which was the cold box.A good design of the equipment and pipeline layout of the cold box was the cornerstone of the successful design of the equipment and pipeline layout in the entire low-temperature recovery area.
