Implementation and Application of Technical Improvement Measures in Natural Gas Purification Plant

南泥湾净化厂投运于2014年11月,装置一直保持平稳运行,但也出现一些影响装置安全运行的隐患,如部分区域灭火设施配备不合理、氮气系统制约安全问题及MDEA吸收塔拦液现象等。本文对厂区的主要工艺工序流程进行了介绍,包括脱酸单元、脱水单元、公用工程单元。针对厂区装置存在的一些安全隐患问题进行分析,找到了问题的关键所在,制定了相应整改措施及改进方案,并通过后期的实施应用,隐患得到有效解决,产生较大的经济与安全效益。

The Nanniwan Purification Plant was put into operation in November 2014.The device had been running smoothly,but there were also some hidden dangers that affect the safe operation of the device,such as unreasonable fire extinguishing facilities in some areas,safety problems restricted by the nitrogen system,and MDEA absorption tower liquid retention.The main process flow of the plant area,including deacidification unit,dehydration unit and public engineering unit was introduced.Some potential safety hazards in the plant installations were analyzed,the key to the problem was found,corresponding rectification measures and improvement plans were formulated,and through the later implementation and application,the hidden dangers were effectively resolved,resulting in greater economic and safety benefits.
