摘要
硫酸法烷基化的催化剂为浓硫酸,其配套催化剂再生为P&P公司湿法硫酸再生装置,其特性为腐蚀部位点多面广,若操作和维护不当,将会对设备和管道造成严重腐蚀,引起物料泄露,严重时会发生人身事故。因此,从业的人员应该重视装置腐蚀和安全防护问题。本文从装置实际情况着手分析腐蚀泄漏部位,阐述了硫酸浓度、进料杂质、硫酸温度和流速、设备材质选用、烟气露点等因素对装置腐蚀的影响分析,提出了切实可行的腐蚀安全防护措施,对同类装置的腐蚀防护、安全运行具有较好的指导和借鉴意义。
The catalyst of sulfuric acid alkylation was concentrated as sulfuric acid,and its supporting catalyst regeneration was P&P Company's wet sulfuric acid processregeneration device,which was characterized by a wide range of corrosion sites.It was worth noting that if the operation and maintenance was not proper,it would cause serious corrosion to the equipment and pipelines,causing material leakage,and serious personal accidents would occur.Therefore,practitioners should pay attention to device corrosion and safety protection issues.The corrosion leakage site from the actual situation of the device was analyzed,the influence of sulfuric acid concentration,feed impurities,sulfuric acid temperature and flow rate,equipment material selection,smoke dew point and other factors on the corrosion of the device were described.Furthermore,workable corrosion safety protection measures were put forward,which had practical guidance and reference significance for the corrosion protection and safe operation of similar devices.
