耳穴浅针配合重复经颅磁刺激对肝气郁结型失眠症患者情绪及睡眠质量的影响

Effects of Auricular Points Shallow Needle combined with rTMS on Mood and Sleep Quality in Patients with Insomnia

目的:探讨耳穴浅针配合重复经颅磁刺激对肝气郁结型失眠症患者情绪及睡眠质量的影响。方法:收集62例肝气郁结型失眠症患者,随机分成重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)组和综合组,各31例。rTMS组予以低频rTMS治疗治疗,综合组在低频rTMS治疗基础上同时予耳穴浅针治疗。分别于治疗前和结束后对两组患者进行疗效观察,评估PSG睡眠状况,并评定PSQI、HAMD 17、HAMA量表变化情况。结果:治疗结束时,综合组总有效率为90.00%(27/30),高于rTMS组的76.67%(23/30)(P<0.05)。两组患者PSG睡眠状况、PSQI、HAMD 17、HAMA量表评分较治疗前均明显改善,且综合组优于rTMS组(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴浅针配合重复经颅磁刺激能有效改善肝气郁结型失眠症患者的不良情绪和睡眠质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of auricular points shallow needle combined with repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)on mood and sleep quality in patients with liver qi stagnation insomnia.Methods:A total of 62 insomnia patients were collected and randomly divided into rTMS group and comprehensive group,31 cases in each.The rTMS group received low frequency rTMS,while the comprehensive group added shallow needle therapy to the low-frequency rTMS therapy.PSG sleep status was evaluated before and after treatment,and changes in PSQI,HAMD 17 and HAMA scales were evaluated.Results:At the end of treatment,the total response rate was 90.00%(27/30)in the comprehensive group,higher than 76.67%(23/30)in the rTMS group(P<0.05).PSG sleep status,PSQI,HAMD 17,and HAMA scale scores improved significantly compared with before treatment,and the comprehensive group was better than the rTMS group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Auricular points shallow needle combined with rTMS can effectively improve their bad mood and improve their sleep quality for insomnia patients.
