摘要
高流量呼吸湿化器的加热管路温度控制是一个兼具非线性、滞后性和大惯性且模型参数随流量变化的变结构系统。对于加热管路温度控制的问题,提出基于多模型切换的大林算法控制,在目标温度平衡点进行线性化,根据流量的变化选择模型。仪器测试实验表明:加热管路温度控制系统有更高的控制品质,适用于不同温度、不同流量的湿化模式。
The temperature control of the heating pipe of the high-flow respiratory humidifier is a variable structure system with non-linearity,hysteresis and large inertia,and the model parameters change with the flow rate.For the problem of heating pipe temperature control,Dalin algorithm control based on multi-model switching is proposed,linearization is performed at the target temperature equilibrium point,and the model is selected according to the change of flow.Instrument test experiments show that the heating pipe temperature control system has higher control quality and it is suitable for humidification modes of different tempera-tures and different flows.
