摘要 分布式新能源接入配电网中能够实现太阳能、风能、潮汐能等绿色清洁能源与常规电能的结合,更好地满足用户用电需求,提高供电稳定性、连续性,更能够实现电能节约目标,避免常规电能资源的浪费。为了保障新能源与常规电能的安全结合,对分布式新能源的技术概况、配电网继电保护的组成及作用进行分析,指出分布式新能源接入配电网对供电系统的多重影响,基于供电安全导向,提出分布式新能源接入配电网的继电保护方法,从而保障新能源与常规电能的安全结合应用。 Distributed new energy access to distribution network can realize the combination of solar energy,wind energy,tidal energy and other green clean energy with conventional electric energy,better meet the user's demand for electricity,improve the stability and continuity of power supply,and achieve the goal of energy saving,avoiding the waste of conventional electric energy resources.In order to ensure the safety of the combination of new energy and conventional electric energy,the technical situation of distributed new energy and the composition and function of relay protection in the distribution network was analyzed,the multiple impacts of distributed new energy access to the distribution network on the power supply system was pointed out,and the relay protection methods of distributed new energy access to the distribution network were proposed based on the guidance of power supply security,to ensure the safe combined application of new energy and conventional electric energy.
