摘要
迎采动工作面掘巷时,容易受到邻近工作面上覆岩层关键块体断裂、回转、下沉的动压影响,巷道变形量大、维护困难。以温庄煤矿15105运输顺槽迎15103回采工作面掘进为工程背景,采用数值模拟的方法,揭示了迎采全过程围岩的应力和塑性区演化规律,提出了以“上区段工作面采动影响区锚索补强支护+水力压裂切顶卸压技术”为核心的巷道围岩控制体系,并在现场开展了实验。现场监测结果显示,迎采段巷道整体控制效果良好。
When digging a roadway to meet the mining face,the roadway experiences the dynamic pressure influence from the fracture,slewing and sinking of the key block of the overlying rock layer on the neighbouring face,which results in large deformation of the roadway and difficulty in maintenance.Therefore,taking the excavation of 15105 mining face of Wenzhuang Coal Mine as the engineering background,numerical simulation method was adopted to reveal the evolution law of stress and plastic zone of the surrounding rock in the whole process of meeting mining.A roadway perimeter rock control system centred on"anchor cable reinforcing support in the mining impact zone of the working face in the upper section+hydraulic fracturing top-cutting and pressure relief technology"was proposed,and industrial experiments were carried out on site.Eventually,the on-site monitoring results showed that the overall control effect of the roadway in the mining section was good.
