煤巷快速掘进支护工艺优化探讨

摘要 对新疆准东煤田大井矿区的煤巷快速掘进支护技术及工艺进行了深入分析和优化,研究内容包括评估现有支护工艺、实施三维相似模拟试验及制定针对性的工艺优化策略。通过一系列的研究,旨在解决煤矿快速掘进过程中遇到的关键技术问题,以提高掘进效率,同时保证开采作业的安全性和稳定性。研究结果表明,通过优化支护材料、设计参数和调整掘进循环方式,可以显著提升煤巷的稳定性和开采效率。 The fast driving support technology and process of coal roadways in Dajing mining area of Zhundong Coal Field of Xinjiang were analyzed and optimized.The research contents included evaluating the existing support technology,implementing 3D similar simulation test and formulating targeted process optimization strategy.Through a series of studies,the aim was to solve the key technical problems encountered in the process of fast driving,improve the efficiency of driving,and ensure the safety and stability of mining operations.The research results show that the stability and mining efficiency of coal roadways can be significantly improved by optimizing support materials,design parameters and adjusting driving cycle.
