摘要
围绕煤矿综采工作面智能化建设展开分析,从背景、意义、技术特点入手,探讨了关键技术如传感与数据采集、自动化与人工智能的应用。分析智能化对生产效率、安全性和环境保护的影响,提出了智能化建设策略包括技术选型、人才培养与资源配置。同时,深入剖析了智能化建设面临的挑战,包括技术难题、变革管理和法规风险,提出应对策略。为煤矿智能化建设提供深入分析和指导,推动煤炭行业的可持续发展。
Based on the analysis of intelligent construction of fully-mechanized mining face in coal mine,the application of key technologies such as sensing and data acquisition,automation and artificial intelligence was discussed from the background,significance and technical characteristics.The influence of intelligence on production efficiency,safety and environmental protection was analyzed,and the strategy of intelligent construction was put forward,including technology selection,talent training and resource allocation.At the same time,the challenges faced by intelligent construction were deeply analyzed,including technical problems,change management and regulatory risks,and countermeasures were put forward,providing in-depth analysis and guidance for the intelligent construction of coal mine,and promote the sustainable development of coal industry.
