摘要
为了解决采动覆岩经历二次卸压造成的瓦斯涌出量大的关键问题,以上庄煤业1301回采工作面和上采空区工程为研究对象,分析瓦斯运移机理,提出了采用“平行钻孔+走向钻孔+上隅角埋管+风排”的瓦斯综合治理技术方案。采取措施后回风巷瓦斯体积分数平均为0.5%,满足1301工作面正常回采的要求,有效保证工作面安全回采。
In order to solve the key problem of large gas emission caused by secondary unloading of overlying rock during mining,the 1301 mining face and upper goaf engineering of Shangzhuang Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.were taken as the research objects,the gas transport mechanism was analyzed,and a comprehensive gas control technology scheme of"parallel drilling+directional drilling+upper corner buried pipe+air exhaust"was proposed.After taking measures,the average gas volume fraction in the return airway is 0.5%,which meets the requirements for normal mining in the 1301 working face and effectively ensures safe mining in the working face.
