摘要
根据现有1#快装站的装车系统结构,合理提出自动化改造方案,采用美国罗克韦尔自动化控制软件(PLC)和组态软件(Rsview32),由人机界面软件通过CPU中储存程序的运行,控制液压系统动作,实现对铁路外运快速定量装车作业。装车系统有自动、半自动、手动3种控制方式,控制结构简单,系统运行稳定。
Based on the existing structure of the loading system at the 1#fast loading station,a reasonable automation transformation plan was proposed.The American Rockwell automation control software(PLC)and configuration software(Rsview32)were used,and the human-machine interface software stored the program's operation in the CPU to control the hydraulic system's actions and achieve fast and quantitative loading operations for railway transportation.The loading system has three control modes:automatic,semi-automatic,and manual,with a simple control structure and stable system operation.
