海上风电单桩基础垂直度测量方法对比和分析

摘要 近几年,海上风电建设如火如荼,针对大口径单桩基础施工,垂直度控制是重点,也是难点。根据实际工程经验,总结了单桩基础施工垂直度控制测量的几种方法,基于各项指标对比分析了几种方法的优劣,并根据实际情况提出了估读法。该方法可以定量评估钢桩倾斜度,提高了施工效率,相比其他测量方法具有一定的优势,对未来海上风电规模化建设,尤其是大口径单桩基础施工过程中钢桩垂直度控制具有一定的参考意义。 In recent years,offshore wind power construction has been in full swing,and for the construction of large-diameter single pile foundation,verticality control is a key and also a difficult point.Based on the practical engineering experience,this paper sums up several methods for controlling and measuring the verticality of single pile foundation construction,compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of these methods based on each index,and puts forward the estimation method according to the actual situation,this method can quantitatively evaluate the inclination of steel piles and improve the construction efficiency.Compared with other measurement methods,this method has certain advantages and has certain reference significance for the future large-scale construction of offshore wind power,especially for the verticality control of steel piles during the construction of large-diameter single pile foundation.
