新时代,以习近平同志为核心的党中央正式提出并持续推进依规治党。依规治党有深厚的理论蕴涵,来源于马克思主义经典作家关于党建的思想阐释,中华优秀传统文化中蕴藏的“法治”“廉政”文化智慧,新时代中国特色社会主义思想的理论指导。当前,世情、国情、党情均发生了翻天覆地的巨变,中国共产党要想解决好“执政党之问”就必须要持续不断推进依规治党,必须坚守依规治党的政治立场,始终确保党对依规治党的绝对领导;完善依规治党的制度体系,充分发挥党内法规制度的严密保障作用;落实依规治党的责任保障,多措并举保证法规执行和加强巡视监督。
