数字技术赋能职业教育评价的问题及策略

摘要 作为新一轮经济增长的引擎,数字技术带来的变革引发学界的深入思考。数字技术赋能职业教育评价是彰显技术特性、深化职业教育变革、改善职业教育生态之需,是提高职业教育发展水平的逻辑必然、促进职业教育高质量发展的应然之义。然而,数字技术在赋能职业教育评价进程中面临系统化数字理念尚未形成、政策内容价值有效性不高、数据驱动效能不足等问题。对此,需从推动“双脑”融通,提高评价主体素质;组建“1+N”教学联盟,优化评价基础设施;借力“DMTS”交互,突出评价导向作用等方面,来实现职业教育评价高质量发展。 As the engine of a new round of economic growth,the transformation brought about by digital technology has sparked in-depth thinking of scholars and scientific research institutions.Digital technology-enabled evaluation of vocational education is the need to highlight technical characteristics,deepen the reform of vocational education and improve the ecology of vocational education.It is the logical necessity to improve the development level of vocational education and promote high-quality development of vocational education.However,in the process of facilitating vocational education evaluation,digital technology faces problems such as the lack of systematic digital concept,low effectiveness of policy content value,and insufficient data-driven efficiency.In this regard,it is necessary to realize the high-quality development of vocational education evaluation with the methods of promoting the integration of“dual brain”to improve the quality of evaluation subjects,establishing“1+N”teaching alliance to optimize the evaluation facilities,and drawing support from“DMTS”interaction to highlight the role of evaluation orientation.
