摘要
职普融通能够推动职业教育与普通教育实现沟通衔接、融通发展,为学生在不同成长阶段提供多样化选择。推进职普融通是明确教育类型定位、服务技能型社会建设的重要决策,能够为培养高素质技术技能人才提供学理支撑。系统审视职普融通发展内容,急需以建立产教融合治理机制为核心、统筹资源配置为导向、五大发展理念为引领,打造多元办学格局,助力职业教育特色学徒制发展。在创新路径选择上,应从协同共治、合理配置、组织驱动角度出发,优化治理体系、完善资源调配机制、创建产教融合联盟,加快推进职业教育特色学徒制发展,为深化职普融通有效赋能。
The integration of vocational education and general education can promote the communication,connection,and development of vocational education and general education,providing diverse choices for students at different stages of growth.Promoting the integration of vocational education and general education is an important decision to clarify the positioning of education types and serve the construction of a skill-based society,which can provide theoretical support for cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents.Systematically examining the development of the integration,it is urgent to take the establishment of an integrated governance mechanism for industry and education as the core,coordinated resource allocation as the orientation,and the five development concepts as the guideline,to create a diversified school running pattern and facilitate the development of characteristic apprenticeship system in vocational education.In the selection of innovation paths,we should,from the perspectives of collaborative governance,rational allocation,and organizational drive,optimize the governance system,improve the resource allocation mechanism,create an industry-education integration alliance,accelerate the development of characteristic apprenticeship system in vocational education,and effectively enable the deepening of the integration of vocational education and general education.
