摘要
伴随我国高等教育快速发展,高等学历继续教育在结构优化、质量提升、实力增强的过程中长期失声。高等教育普及化阶段,围绕服务全民终身学习教育体系的构建,高等学历继续教育的使命与任务理应得到重新认识。以文化资本理论为框架从学习者角度进行分析后发现,接受正规教育是“处境不利群体”累积文化资本的重要形式,也为其提供了投资转换的可能,但学习者的惯习限制了文化资本的累积。高等学历继续教育改革应从进一步明确定位、强化高校分类发展、注重学习过程投入、创新体制机制等方面创新突破,以实现高质量发展。
With the rapid development of higher education in China,higher continuing education has lost the voice in the process of structural optimization,quality improvement and strength enhancement for a long time.In the stage of popularization of higher education,the mission and task of higher continuing education should be re-recognized in order to construct the system of lifelong learning education for the whole people.Based on the framework of cultural capital theory,it is found that receiving formal education is an important form to accumulate cultural capital for“disadvantaged groups”,and also provides the possibility of investment conversion from the perspective of learners.However,learners’habitus limits the accumulation of cultural capital.To achieve high-quality development,the reform of higher continuing education should further clarify the orientation,strengthen the classified development of colleges and universities,pay attention to the input in the learning process and innovate the system and mechanism.
