高质量发展背景下开放教育学习评价的价值转向与体系重构

Value Shift and System Reconstruction of Learning Evaluation in Open Education under the Background of High-Quality Development

学习评价是开放教育高质量发展的关键点和难点。基于新时代开放教育高质量发展的战略部署和深化教育评价改革的政策要求,开放教育学习评价必然要实现价值转向,由“对”学生的学习评价转向“为”学生的学习评价、由目标达成评价转向价值增值评价、由正式学习评价转向终身学习评价、由人工主观评价转向大数据客观评价。新时代开放教育学习评价需要扩大学习评价主体、建立多元共融新组合;拓展学习评价内容、实现学习成果全覆盖;改善学习评价形式、形成多元立体新模态;优化学习评价结果,实现立德树人新使命。以此构建新的学习评价体系,推动开放教育高质量发展。

Learning evaluation is the key and difficult factor of the high-quality development in open education.Based on the strategic deployment of high-quality development of open education in the new era and the policy requirements of deepening the reform of educational evaluation,the learning evaluation of open education must realize the value shift from“learning evaluation to students”to“learning evaluation for students”,from goal-achievement evaluation to value-added evaluation,from formal learning evaluation to lifelong learning evaluation,from artificial subjective evaluation to objective evaluation of big data.Based on this,the learning evaluation of open education needs to expand the subject of learning evaluation and establish a new combination of multiple integration in the new era;expand the content of learning evaluation and achieve full coverage of learning achievements;improve the form of learning evaluation and form a multi-dimensional new mode;optimize the results of learning evaluation and realize the new mission of moral education,so as to build a new learning evaluation system and promote the high-quality development of open education.
