红医精神孕育形成于艰苦的革命战争年代,是中国共产党领导人民卫生健康事业发展的具有中国特色的多维度思想体系,是中国共产党红色基因中的重要组成部分,也是在医学生中开展党建思政工作的重要红色资源。文章简述红医精神在医学生教育中的重要时代价值,并从红医精神引领医学生党建思政理论教育、红医精神引领医学生党建思政实践教育、红医精神引领医学生党建思政理论教育与实践教育相结合三个方面,探讨红医精神引领新时代医学生党建思政工作的新模式。

The spirit of red medicine was nurtured and formed in the hard revolutionary war years.It is a multi-dimensional ideological system with Chinese characteristics that the CPC leads the development of people's health care,an important part of the red gene of the CPC,and an important red resource for medical students to carry out the ideological work of party building.The article briefly describes the important historical value of the spirit of red medicine in the education of medical students,and explores the new model of red medicine spirit leading the party building and ideological work of medical students in the new era from three aspects:red medicine spirit leading the theoretical education of party building and ideological work of medical students,red medicine spirit leading the practical education of party building and ideological work of medical students,and the combination of red medicine spirit leading the theoretical education and practical education of party building and ideological work of medical students in the new era.
