Challenges and Practical Path of Urban-Rural Integration Development in Ethnic Areas in the Chinese Style Modernization Process

基于实现全体人民共同富裕的中国式现代化背景,探讨民族地区城乡关系走向“融合共生”的实践路径。随着城乡人口多向流动、大众旅游业兴起以及新技术新媒介的赋能,驱动城乡之间要素、资源和资本融合发展。特别是连接都市与乡村的县城在推动城乡融合发展进程中发挥着关键作用。然而,民族地区发展的不平衡、不充分阻碍城乡融合有机发展,表现在民族地区县域产业发展面临诸多困境、县城的辐射带动作用不充分、旅游业没有形成特色产业链等。如何充分发挥县域在城乡融合中的重要载体作用,文章提出,立足资源禀赋,发展新型特色产业,推动城乡经济融合;加强优秀文化传承发展,推动城乡文化融合;加强乡村地区数字建设,利用数字技术赋能城乡融合发展。

Based on the Chinese path to modernization background of achieving common prosperity for all people,this article discusses the practical path of urban and rural relations in ethnic areas towards"integration and symbiosis".With the multi-direc-tional migration of urban and rural populations,the rise of mass tourism and the empowerment of new technologies and media,the in-tegration and development of factors,resources,and capital between urban and rural areas has been promoted.Especially,county towns that connect urban-rural areas play a crucial role in promoting the process of urban-rural integration and development.Howev-er,the unbalanced and inadequate development in ethnic areas that hinders the organic development of urban-rural integration is re-flected in the following aspects:the development of county-level industries in ethnic areas is facing many difficulties;county radia-tion driving effect is not so sufficient,and a characteristic industry chain hasn't been formed in the tourism industry,etc.Therefore,in order to fully demonstrate the important carrier role of counties in urban-rural integration,the article proposes that it is necessary to focus on abundant resources,develop new characteristic industries,and promote urban-rural economic integration.At the same time,it is important to strengthen the inheritance and development of excellent culture to promote the integration of urban and rural cultures.Furthermore,it is essential to strengthen the digital infrastructure in rural areas and to harness digital technology to empow-er the integrated development of urban and rural regions.
