摘要
我国实施中国文化“走出去”战略决策已有十七年时间,对外传播效果受内外动因综合影响,尚存在较大提升空间。在大变局时代开展共生外译传播,是提升我国对外传播效能的积极尝试。共生外译传播的本质是需求互补、求同存异、共同发展,具体包括传播观念由“对外推介”向“互鉴共荣”转变,传播主体由“政府主体”向“多主体共生”转变,传播内容由“以我为主”向“供需结合”转变,传播媒介由“传统媒介”向“多媒融合”转变,翻译主体由“专业译者”向“多元译者”转变。
China has been implementing the strategies of Chinese culture going out for 17 years.Due to the comprehensive impacts of both internal and external factors,the international impact of the strategy is limited and still has room for improvement.Carrying out mutualistic translational communication in the era of great changes is an active attempt to improve China’s foreign communication impact.The essence of mutualistic translational communication is to balance supply and demand,to seek common ground while reserving differences,and to develop together,with the approaches of shifting the conception from propaganda to mutual learning and integration,subjects from government-domination to multi-subjects collaboration,messages from self-centered to supply-demand integrating,media from traditional to multi-media integrating,and translators from profession to multi-identities.
