石家庄市大学生艾滋病健康教育现状及认知影响因素调查

Investigation on the status quo and cognitive influencing factors of AIDS health education among college students in Shijiazhuang

目的了解石家庄市高校艾滋病健康教育现状和防治知识知晓情况,探索影响知晓率的相关因素,为宣传教育工作提供科学依据。方法2021年采用横断面调查,在调查对象知情同意前提下,以问卷星网站在线调查的方式开展调查,利用Excel 2020软件进行数据录入,SPSS 26.0软件进行数据整理与分析。结果7086名接受调查的学生总体艾滋病防治知识知晓率为77.52%。学校类型、专业类型、年级、是否接受过学校性教育、是否接受过艾滋病防控教育、是否了解艾滋病检测、是否知道学校放置艾滋病自检试剂自助发放机为知晓情况的独立影响因素。获取知识途径比例最高的为网络(80.44%)。高校学生对当前主要的宣传形式接受比例均较低,最高为纳入课堂计划(58.92%),最低为发放健康宣传手册(34.00%)。结论石家庄市大学生对艾滋病知识的知晓率较低,未达到我国防治艾滋病要求。大学生健康教育需求与高校工作开展现状间存在差异,应从学生的需求出发,提高健康教育的针对性和有效性,发挥学生的主观能动性。

Objective To understand the current situation of AIDS health education and the awareness of prevention and control knowledge in colleges and universities in Shijiazhuang,and explore the related factors affecting the awareness rate,so as to provide a scientific basis for publicity and education.Methods An online cross-sectional survey was conducted in 2021 through the website of WJX.cn with the informed consent of the respondents.Excel 2020 software was used for data entry,and SPSS 26.0 software was used for data sorting and analysis.Results Among the 7086 students subjected to the survey,the overall awareness rate of AIDS prevention and control knowledge was 77.52%.Independent influencing factors on awareness included school type,major type,grade,receipt of school sex education,exposure to AIDS prevention and control education,awareness of AIDS testing,and knowledge of the presence of self-service dispensers of AIDS self-checking reagent in schools.The highest proportion of knowledge acquisition channels was through the internet(80.44%).The acceptance rate of the current main forms of publicity among college students was relatively low,with the highest being included in the classroom plan(58.92%)and the lowest being the distribution of health promotion manuals(34.00%).Conclusion The awareness rate of AIDS knowledge among college students in Shijiazhuang is low,which has not meet the requirements of AIDS prevention in China.There are differences between the needs of health education for college students and the current situation of university work.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of health education based on the needs of students,and give play to their subjective initiative.
