后疫情时期云南省社区居民健康管理现况及影响因素分析

Analysis of the current situation of community residents′health management in Yunnan Province and its influencing factors in the post-epidemic period

目的了解云南省社区居民新型冠状病毒感染后疫情时期健康管理现状及影响因素,为相关部门制定针对性解决方案提供参考。方法2021年2月9日14:40—2月19日14:40采用自制调查问卷基于互联网问卷星平台,借助微信朋友圈、微信转发和云南省生物安全学习交流群采取方便抽样的方法,对云南省629名社区居民进行健康管理现况及影响因素调查。结果经单因素分析及logistic二元回归分析结果显示,年龄、工作类别、户口类别、家庭人均月收入、家庭人口数、居住地距离各级公立医疗卫生机构距离和家庭中是否有医护人员或医学生是后疫情时期云南省社区居民健康管理现状的主要影响因素(OR=10.261、43.558、17.369、5.434、19.867、8.409、15.116,P<0.05)。结论云南省社区居民在新型冠状病毒感染后疫情时期的健康管理表现良好,但仍有部分居民由于健康管理意识薄弱和知识匮乏,需要提升健康管理能力。建议相关部门在持续加强疫情防控的同时,利用社区资源,采取多样化手段,通过多途径开展居民健康教育宣传和健康管理指导,提高居民的健康管理知识素养和实践能力,以提升居民的健康管理水平。

Objective To understand the current situation and influencing factors of health management of community residents in Yunnan Province in the post-epidemic period after novel coronavirus infection,so as to provide reference for relevant departments to formulate targeted solutions.Methods From 14:40 on February 9 to 14:40 on February 19,2021,a survey was conducted on the current status of health management and influencing factors of 629 community residents in Yunnan Province by using a self-administered questionnaire with the help of the Internet Questionnaire Star platform,and by adopting a convenient sampling method in the WeChat circle of friends,the WeChat reposts,and the Yunnan Provincial Biosafety Learning and Exchange Group.Results The results of univariate analysis and logistic binary regression analysis showed that age,job category,household registration category,per capita monthly household income,family size,distance from residence to public medical and healthcare institutions at all levels,and whether there were healthcare workers or medical students in the family were the main influencing factors on the current status of health management of community residents in Yunnan Province in the post-epidemic period(OR=10.261,43.558,17.369,5.434,19.867,8.409,15.116,P<0.05).Conclusion Community residents in Yunnan Province have performed well in health management in the post-epidemic period after COVID-19.However,some residents still need to improve their health management skills due to weak health management awareness and knowledge shortage.Therefore,it is recommended that relevant departments,while continuing to strengthen the prevention and control of the epidemic,utilize community resources,adopt diversified means,and conduct health education and health management guidance through multiple channels to improve residents′health management knowledge and practical ability,so as to enhance their level of health management.
