摘要
建构中国教育学自主知识体系要立足并服务中国教育现代化实践。编制和实施教育发展规划是我国教育现代化建设的重要特色,推进中国教育发展规划学研究是建构中国教育学自主知识体系的必然要求。教育发展规划在全球的实践探索主要有基于计划经济体制的苏联模式、基于自由市场经济体制的西方模式和基于社会主义市场经济体制的中国模式三种。我国的教育发展规划工作受到其他模式的影响,但基于中国教育现代化实践的自主探索和持续创新是发展主流。推进中国教育发展规划学构建,要强化中国教育发展规划学指导思想、基础理论和基本理论研究,从战略高度推进学科建设工作。
The construction of independent knowledge system of China's pedagogy must be based on,serve and lead the practice of educational modernization in China.The formulation and implementation of educational development planning is an important feature and successful experience of the practice of educational modernization in China,and promoting the study of educational development planning is an inevitable requirement for the construction of independent knowledge system of China's pedagogy.The practice of educational development planning in the world can be divided into three development models:the Soviet model based on the planned economic system,the western model based on the free market economic system and the Chinese model based on the socialist market economic system.The practices of educational development planning in china is affected by other models,but independent exploration and sustainable innovation based on the practice of educational modernization in China is the mainstream of development.To Promote theoretical construction of educational development planning in China,it is necessary to strengthen the research on the guiding ideology,basic theory and fundamental theory of Chinese educational development planning,and promote the discipline construction from a strategic perspective.
