铁路安全监督管理现状及对策

Analysis of the Current Situation of Railway Safety Supervision and Management and Countermeasures

铁路安全是铁路的生命线,确保铁路持续稳定安全是铁路运维单位的重要目标。为适应新时期我国铁路安全监督管理内容的深刻变化,本文首先明确了我国铁路安全监督管理的内涵,简要概述了铁路事故故障考核追责、铁路工程和设备质量问题溯源、铁路安全信息管理、铁路安监管理效能评价四方面的安全监督管理内容;其次,对新时期铁路安全监督管理内容变化进行了分析;最后,针对上述四方面内容变化提出了相应对策,为新时期铁路安全监督管理提供了一定的理论参考。

Railway safety is the lifeline of the railway, to ensure the continued stability and safety of the railway is an important goal of the railway operation and maintenance unit.
