随着中小城市建设的快速发展,交通拥堵等问题日益严重,给城市运行带来了一定程度的压力。为了减少交通拥堵及其产生的社会成本及环境污染,需要高度重视中小城市的交通治理问题。本文提出了多部门的交通协同治理策略。包括:采取交通协同治理模式、优化城市交通基础设施建设、大数据管理、强化城市交通通信网络建设,以及统一的城市交通指挥宣教平台建设等措施。

With the rapid development of small and medium-sized city construction, problems such as traffic congestion are becoming increasingly serious, bringing a certain degree of pressure to the city operation. In order to reduce traffic congestion and its social costs and environmental pollution, it is necessary to attach great importance to the traffic governance issues in small and medium-sized cities. This article proposes a multi departmental transportation collaborative governance strategy. Including: adopting a transportation collaborative governance model, optimizing urban transportation infrastructure construction, big data management, strengthening urban transportation communication network, and building a unified urban transportation command and education platform.
