摘要
包括新生儿科医生在内的医务人员的职业倦怠非常普遍。它不但影响医生的个人生活和工作满意度,同时给整个医疗系统带来沉重压力。目前,有关新生儿科医生倦怠的研究非常有限根据现有文献,探讨影响新生儿重症监护医生倦怠的相关因素、倦怠的后果及干预对策,旨在承认并解决医生职业生涯早期倦怠问题,以提升医疗质量、增强医生的职业幸福感。
Physicianburnoutcontinues to be prevalent,including among neonatologists.It does not only affect physicians'personal lives and work satisfaction,but also creates seveve pressure on the whole healthcare system.So far,the prevalence of neonatologist burnout is not well described.According to the existing literature,this review aimed to explore the causes and consequences of physician burnout in the NICU.By not just acknowledging but also addressing burnout early in a physician's career,it can have a profound effect on increasing the medical quality and improving the work-lives and well-being of physicians.
