《国际中文教师专业能力标准》中以“道”为本的价值意蕴

摘要 《国际中文教师专业能力标准》(以下简称《标准》)的发布是国际中文教育领域标准体系建设的标志性成果之一,对新时代国际中文教师队伍建设具有重要意义。本研究揭示与剖析了《标准》蕴含的以“道”为本的中国传统文化观,构建了国际中文教师专业发展的“道”本模型,即“乐道”“闻道”“论道”“悟道”“践道”“求道”“传道”之间相辅相成且循环往复的教师专业发展过程。本研究旨在为《标准》的深入解读提供新的中国视角,也为国际中文教育的发展注入文化自觉与文化自信的新动力,以“道”涵养国际中文教师专业发展,更好地推动《标准》的推广与落地,助力国际中文教育高质量内涵式发展。 The release of the Professional Competence Standards for International Chinese Language Teachers(hereinafter referred to as the Stan-dards)is one of the landmark achievements in the construction of the standards system in the field of international Chinese language education,which is of great significance to the development of international Chinese language teachers in the new era.This study reveals and analyses the traditional Chi-nese cultural viewpoint of“Dao”underlying the Standards,and constructs a“Dao-based”model for the professional development of international Chi-nese language teachers,i.e.,“enjoying Dao”,“learning Dao”,“discussing Dao”,“enlightening Dao”,“practicing Dao”,“seeking Dao”,“spreading Dao”,which is a mutually enhancing and cyclical process.The study aims to provide a new Chinese perspective for the in-depth interpretation of the Standards,as well as injecting a new impetus of cultural self-consciousness and cultural self-confidence into the development of international Chinese language education,so as to nourish the professional development of international Chinese teachers with“Dao”,better facilitate the promotion and im-plementation of the Standards,and promote the high-qualityOand connotative development of international Chinese education.
