热控系统电源故障分析处理与预控

Analysis and Proactive Control of Power Supply Faults in Thermal Control System

摘要 热控系统电源的稳定运行是保证火电机组安全可靠性的关键因素。本文首先通过分析磨煤机分离器出料阀电源所配置的双电源切换装置异常导致机组跳闸、AST电磁阀供电电源配置设计不合理导致机组跳闸和燃机调压站ESD阀电源设计不可靠导致全厂机组停运等三个案例,提出相应的事故处理和防范措施;随后指出热控电源系统可靠性预控的重要性,并提出可靠性预控的相关要求,包括电源的配置要求、UPS可靠性要求、UPS切换试验要求、落实巡检维护责任制等。 The stable operation of power supply of thermal control system is the key factor to ensure the safety and reliability of thermal power units.This paper analyzes three case studies including the failure of a power switching device configured for the coal mill separator discharging valve which caused unit tripping,the unreasonable design of the AsT solenoid valve power supply configuration that caused unit tripping,the unreliable power supply design for the ESD valve at the CCGT station,leading to a shutdown of the entire plant and other three cases,the corresponding accident treatment and preventive measures are put forward.This paper then points out the importance of reliability pre-control of thermal control power system,and puts forward the related requirements of reliability pre-control,including power supply configuration requirements,UPS reliability requirements,UPS switching test requirements,implementation of inspection and maintenance responsibility system,etc.
