The cause of the labor movement in China has developed under the leadership of the Communist Party of China(CPC),and trade union work must always adhere to the Party's leadership.In the theoretical dimension,the CPC has constantly innovated on the basis of the understanding of Marxist theory on trade union work.In the historical dimension,the Party has never neglected its leadership of trade union organizations since its founding,and trade union work has achieved comprehensive development under the correct leadership of the Party.In the practical dimension,to continue to adhere to and strengthen the Party's overall leadership of trade union work,it is necessary to deepen the reform and construction of trade union organizations and to give full and effective play to their role as a bridge and link.
