The digital intelligence era has greatly improved the effectiveness of cadre training methods,the relevance of training contents and the continuity of training management.Attaching importance to the development trend of digital intelligence in cadre training,and using digital intelligence technology to achieve accurate and eficient training is an inevitable trend to promote the high-quality development of cadre training.At this stage,the effectiveness of cadre training is affected by the lack of a strong digital intelligence concept and digital intelligence ability of the cadre training faculty,the obvious homogenization of training content,the uneven distribution of training resources and the unsound sharing mechanism.In this regard,it is necessary to enhance the numerical and intellectual concepts of the cadre training faculty and their ability to apply numerical and intellectual technologies to serve the training,make use of the numerical and intellectual support capabilities of numerical and intellectual technologies and human wisdom to optimize the training content,and improve the mechanism for the common construction and sharing of training resources,so as to promote the enhancement of the quality of cadre training and increase its effectiveness.
