摘要
测定鸢尾、八宝景天、草地早熟禾、蛇莓4种植被的土壤理化生指标,综合评价其土壤质量。结果表明,4种植被土壤质量含水量差异显著,容重和固相率差异不显著。固相率整体偏高,液相率和气相率不足。土壤呈碱性,对植物无盐分毒害作用。草地早熟禾植被下土壤过氧化氢酶活性和碱性磷酸酶活性最高,八宝景天植被下土壤脲酶活性和碱性蛋白酶活性最高。采用层次分析法综合评价土壤质量得出八宝景天植被下土壤质量好于其它植被。
The soil physicochemical properties of four types of vegetation,namely Iris tectorum Maxim,Sedum spectabile,Poa pratensis L.and Duchesnea indica,were determined to comprehensively evaluate their soil quality.The results showed that there was significant difference in soil water content and there was no significant difference in soil bulk density and soil solid rate among four types of vegetation.The solid phase rate of the soil was generally higher,and the liquid phase rate and gas phase rate were insufficient.The soil is alkaline and has no salt toxicity to plants.The activities of soil catalase and soil phosphatase under the vegetation of Poa pratensis L.were significantly higher than those in the other three types of vegetation,and the activities of soil urease and alkaline protease under the vegetation of Sedum spectabile were significantly higher than those in the other three types of vegetation.The comprehensive evaluation of soil quality of different vegetation types by analytic hierarchy showed that the soil quality was better under the vegetation of Sedum spectabile than that under other vegetations.
