摘要
导管消融是心房颤动(房颤)节律控制的重要方法。近年,Marshall静脉因其特殊解剖及功能在房颤尤其是持续性房颤的发生与维持中的作用不断被认识。本文就Marshall静脉和Marshall韧带的解剖学、电生理特征、Marshall静脉消融治疗持续性房颤的机制、潜在的临床问题及未来在联合导管消融治疗中可能的应用方向进行综述。
Catheter ablation is an important method for rhythm control in atrial fibrillation(AF).Recently,the vein of Marshall has been increasingly recognized for its unique anatomical and functional roles in the onset and maintenance of AF,particularly in persistent AF.This article provides an overview of the anatomical and electrophysiological characteristics of the vein of Marshall and the Marshall ligament,the mechanism of vein of Marshall ablation for the treatment of persistent AF,potential clinical issues,and potential clinical application directions in the future of combined with catheter ablation therapy for persistent AF.
