摘要
为提高风扇出口径向压力畸变流场的模拟精度,通过分析模拟网装置结构,提出一种基于圆柱绕流效应的径向畸变发生器设计方法。通过研究不同排列圆柱绕流在流场内的损失特性,建立损失特性数据库,并基于其损失特性研究针对目标压力畸变流场的畸变发生器设计方法。研究结果表明,该畸变发生器的圆柱扰流丝对下游流程呈现稳定影响,其数值规律易于获取;通过调整圆柱扰流丝的规格和位置,可调试出所需的径向压力畸变流场。该畸变发生器结构简单,易于仿真建模,流场调节便捷,能极大地降低试验调试费用,缩短试验周期,显著提高试验精度。
In order to improve the simulation accuracy of radial pressure distribution flow field at the outlet of the fan,a design method of radial distortion generator based on the cylinder flow effect was proposed through the structural analysis of the mesh device.Database of loss characteristics was established by means of analysis of loss characteristics of different array of cylinder flow in the field as well as the distortion generation design method for target pressure distortion flow field.The results show that the cylindrical wire of the distortion generator has a stable effect on the downstream flow,and its numerical law is easy to obtain.The required radial pressure distortion flow field can be adjusted by adjusting the specification and position of the cylindrical wire.The distortion generator is simple in structure,easy to simulate,and adjust flow field,which can shorten the test cycle,significantly reduce the test cost and improve test accuracy.
