金融开放、技术性贸易壁垒与企业数字化转型

Financial Openness,Technological Trade Barriers and Digital Transformation of Enterprises

数字经济背景下,产业数字化与数字产业化成为强化国家创新能力的必要条件。以2012—2022年A股上市企业为研究样本,实证检验金融开放、技术性贸易壁垒与企业数字化转型间的关系。研究得出,良好的金融开放环境能够助推企业数字化转型,技术性贸易壁垒会抑制企业数字化转型;金融开放能够缓解技术性贸易壁垒对企业数字化转型的负向作用,具体体现于事实金融开放。异质性检验发现,金融开放对技术性贸易壁垒与企业数字化转型的正向调节效应在东部地区、制造业与非国有企业内更显著,在中西部地区、非制造业与国有企业内较不显著。

In the context of the digital economy,industrial digitization and digital industrialization have become necessary conditions for strengthening national innovation capabilities.This article takes A-share listed companies from 2012 to 2022 as research samples to empirically examines the relationship between financial openness,technological trade barriers,and digital transformation of enterprises.The results show that a good financial opening environment can promote the digital transformation of enterprises,while technical trade barriers can inhibit the digital transformation of enterprises.Financial openness can alleviate the negative impact of technological trade barriers on digital transformation of enterprises,which is specifically reflected in factual financial openness.Heterogeneity testing found that the positive moderating effect of financial openness on technical trade barriers and digital transformation of enterprises is more significant in the eastern region,manufacturing industry and non-state-owned enterprises,but less prominent in the central and western regions,non-manufacturing industry and state-owned enterprises.
