数字技术可供性、融通创新与企业全球价值链升级

Availability of Digital Technologies,Innovation of Integration and Upgrading of Enterprises'Global Value Chains

结合技术可供性理论和企业全球价值链升级理论,构建企业全球价值链升级驱动机制框架,探究数字技术可供性、融通创新与企业全球价值链升级关系。选取沪深A股上市公司2013—2022年面板数据,运用双重固定效应模型与逐步回归模型实证分析发现:各类型数字技术可供性均有利于融通创新;数字技术可供性对企业全球价值链升级的积极影响从强到弱依次为数字技术变异可供性、数字技术积累可供性;数字技术可供性通过融通创新影响企业全球价值链升级。由此提出构建数字核心关键技术攻关体系、制定融通创新多方共联机制、建立企业价值链协同发展模式,希冀为促进企业全球价值链升级提供参考。

Combining the technology availability theory and the enterprise global value chain upgrading theory,this paper constructs the driving mechanism framework of enterprise global value chain upgrading,explores the relationship between the availability of digital technology,integrated innovation and enterprise global value chain upgrading.Select the panel data of A-share listed companies from 2013 to 2022,the dual fixed effect model and step-based regression model are used to find that:The availability of various types of digi-tal technologies is conducive to integrated innovation;The positive impact of the availability of digital technology on the upgrading of enterprises'global value chain is the availability of digital technology variation and the availability of digital technology accumulation in order from strong to weak;The availability of digital technology affects the upgrading of the global value chain of enterprises through the integration innovation.Based on this,it is proposed to build a digital core key technology research and development system,formulate a multi-party collaborative mechanism for integration and innovation,and establish a collaborative development model for enterprise value chains,hoping to provide useful reference for promoting the upgrading of enterprise global value chains.
