Trade Network,Digital Transformation and Enterprise Innovation

以2013—2022年沪深A股上市公司为样本,研究贸易网络对企业创新的影响及数字化转型的调节效应。研究发现:贸易网络对企业创新具有显著正向影响;数字化转型发挥正向调节作用,在数字化转型较好的企业中,贸易网络对企业创新促进作用得到强化。异质性分析结果表明,在中高技术密集度企业与数字新基建水平较高地区,数字化转型的正向调节作用得以强化。作用机制检验表明,贸易网络对企业创新的促进作用主要通过行业集中度、中间品投入与资本积累实现。

Taking Shanghai-Shenzhen A-share listed enterprises from 2013 to 2022 as samples,this paper studies the influence of trade network on enterprise innovation and the moderating effect of digital transformation.The results show that trade network has a significant positive impact on firm innovation.Digital transformation plays a positive moderating role,and in the enterprises with better digital transformation,the role of trade network in promoting enterprise innovation has been strengthened.The results of heterogeneity analysis show that the positive moderating effect of digital transformation is strengthened in middle-high technology-intensive enterprises and regions with high level of digital new infrastructure.The mechanism test shows that the promotion effect of trade network on enterprise innovation is mainly realized through industry concentration,intermediate goods input and capital accumulation.
