摘要
潮流能作为可再生清洁能源的一种,有储量大、变化有规律、对环境影响小等优势,且潮流能发电装置更容易实现独立发电和并网,是海洋能发电方式的首选。我国在潮流能转换与发电系统的设计与关键施工技术方面取得了长足进步,尤其大力开发清洁新能源的提出,给海上潮流能的关键施工技术带来了巨大的机遇与挑战。而大型潮流能发电机组总成平台的顺利施工与否是实现潮流能发电的关键与前提。针对大型海洋潮流能发电机组总成平台外海运输系泊条件复杂、平台自浮困难等问题,采用多点系缆配合、增设临时浮箱等方法,实现大型海洋潮流能发电机组总成平台顺利安装,为今后类似工程施工提供借鉴。
Tidal current energy,as a renewable and clean energy source,has advantages such as large reserves,regular changes,and minimal environmental impact.Moreover,tidal current power generation devices are easier to achieve independent power generation and grid connection,making them the preferred method of ocean energy generation.China has made significant progress in the design and key construction technologies of tidal current energy conversion and power generation systems,especially in the development of clean new energy,which has brought enormous opportunities and challenges to the key construction technologies of offshore tidal current energy.The smooth construction of the assembly platform of large-scale tidal current power generation units is the key and prerequisite for achieving tidal current power generation.This paper focuses on the complex mooring conditions and difficulties in self-floating of large ocean tidal current power generation unit assembly platforms during offshore transportation,methods such as multi-point mooring coordination and the addition of temporary floating boxes are adopted to achieve smooth installation of large ocean tidal current power generation unit assembly platforms,which provides reference for similar engineering construction in the future.
