皮肤科住院医师规范化培训中的皮肤病理教学体会

Dermatopathology teaching experience in the standardized training for dermatology residents

住院医师规范化培训是我国为了培养合格临床医师而制定的国家卫生政策。目前国内各省市已基本建成较为完善的皮肤科住院医师规范化培训体系,但在具体的培训过程中还存在不少问题。其中皮肤病理学教学是目前皮肤科住院医师规范化培训中的短板之一,存在教学能力不足、教学方法单一等诸多问题。兹总结住院医师规范化培训过程中进行皮肤病理教学需重点关注的问题,同时分享西京医院皮肤科在皮肤病理教学方面的经验和体会。

Standardized training for residents is part of China's national health policy aimed at training qualifed doctors..At present,a standardized training system for dermatology residents has been established in China,but there are still some problems in the specific training process.Dermatopathology education presents a deficiency in the existing standardized training program for dermatology residents,characterized by inadequate instructional capacity and overly simplistic pedagogical approaches.This article summarized the focal issues in dermatopathology education within the standardized training program for dermatology residents.Additionally,this article also presented the teaching experiences of the Department of Dermatology at Xijing Hospital.
