Academic journals are important platforms for academic research achievements to enter society and important driving force for continuous breakthroughs in academic innovation.The editorial team of academic journals is a powerful means to create high-quality academic journals and a solid guarantee for promoting socialist cultural construction.Starting from the policy background of the construction of academic journal editing teams,this article analyzes the problems existing in the current construction of academic journal editing teams,proposes implementation strategies to strengthen the construction of academic journal editing teams in the new era,and elaborates in detail from three dimensions:“strong politics”,“skilled business”,and“correct style”,which has distinct contemporary value.The aim is to respond to national policy requirements,strengthen political direction,improve professional quality,establish correct work style,vigorously promote the construction of academic journal editing team,and strive to promote academic journals to continuously advance along the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
