国内眼耳鼻喉指南共识特征分析及对期刊的启示

Analysis on the distribution of guidelines and consensus in ophthalmology and otolaryngology and its implications for journal topics selection

通过统计国内眼耳鼻喉指南、共识的发文和引证情况,分析指南、共识对期刊的影响,探讨期刊在指南、共识制定全流程中可能的角色。以中国知网(CNKI)数据库为主要数据源,检索国内眼科和耳鼻喉科期刊发表的国内组织编写发布的原创眼耳鼻喉指南、共识,时间自建库至2022年6月1日。分析被引频次≥1次的文献分布特征,包括不同年份发表的论文数量和被引频次,以及不同被引频次区间的文献数量。结果发现,检索到符合入选标准的文献共216篇,其中被引频次≥1次的文献共186篇(占66.2%),包括眼科121篇(占比65.1%,篇均被引28.6次,3461/121)和耳鼻喉科65篇(占比34.9%,篇均被引次162次,10528/65),分别主要刊登在《中华眼科杂志》(发文量占比77.69%,被引频次占86.54%)和《中国耳鼻咽喉头颈外科杂志》(发文量占比66.15%,被引频次占91.16%)。可见,指南、共识类文献可以为期刊带来较多的被引频次,期刊出版单位应重视邀约指南、共识类论文。针对存在零被引文献的问题,应加强临床需求为导向以精准策划选题,并辅以方法学质量控制、推广传播等,推动期刊学术地位和影响力的提升。

By analyzing the distribution and citation of guidelines and consensus in ophthalmology and otolaryngology published in domestic journals,to explore the impact of guidelines and consensus on journals,as well as the potential role of journals in the entire process of developing guidelines and consensus.The CNKI database was used as the main data source to search the original guidelines and consensus in ophthalmology and otolaryngology published in domestic journals from the establishment of the database to June 1,2022.The distribution characteristics of documents cited equal to or more than one time were analyzed,including the number of papers published in different disciplines,different document types(guidelines/consensus/others),the number and cited frequency in different years,and the number of documents in different cited frequency intervals.A total of 216 literatures were retrieved,of which 186(66.2%)were cited≥1 time,including 121(65.1%,cited 28.6%times per literature,3461/121)in ophthalmology and 65(34.9%,cited 162 times per literature,10528/65)in otolaryngology.They were mainly published in Chinese Journal of Ophthalmology(77.69%of literatures published and 86.54%cited)and Chinese Journal of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery(66.15%of literatures published and 91.16%cited).The study also found that the citation frequencies of guidelines and consensus are concentrated in the range of<30 times and≥100 times.It can be seen that on the basis of ensuring a certain number,precise topic selection planning guided clinical needs is more important and can receive higher attention.[Conclusions]Guidelines and consensus literatures can bring higher citation to journals,and help enhance the academic influence of journals.Journal publishing units should pay more attention to the invitation of guidelines and consensus reports,and make efforts in topic optimization,methodological control,and later spread to help the high-quality development of journals.
