丁苯酞氯化钠注射液联合依达拉奉右莰醇对脑血管病患者内皮功能及神经损伤的影响

Effects of Butylphthalein Sodium Chloride Injection combined with Edaravondexcamphorol on Endothelial Function and Nerve Injury in Patients with Cerebrovascular Disease

摘要 目的探讨丁苯酞氯化钠注射液联合依达拉奉右莰醇对脑血管病患者内皮功能及神经损伤的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2023年7月鹰潭市人民医院收治的200例脑血管病患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各100例。对照组在常规治疗基础上加用丁苯酞氯化钠注射液,观察组则在对照组基础上采用依达拉奉右莰醇治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效率为93.00%,高于对照组的83.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分降低,Barthel指数升高,且观察组改善幅度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组内皮素-1(ET-1)水平降低,一氧化氮(NO)水平升高,且观察组改善幅度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组S-100β蛋白、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论丁苯酞氯化钠注射液联合依达拉奉右莰醇可提高脑血管病患者疗效,改善神经功能及日常生活能力,其作用机制可能与改善内皮功能及神经损伤相关指标有关。 Objective To explore the effects of butylphthalein sodium chloride injection combined with Edaravondexcamphorol on endothelial function and nerve injury in patients with cerebrovascular disease.Methods A total of 200 patients with cerebrovascular disease treated in Yingtan People's Hospital from January 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 1oo patients in each group.The control group was treated with butylphthalein sodium chloride injection on the basis of conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with Edaravone dextrocamphorol on the basis of control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The effective rate of observation group was 93.00%,which was higher than that of control group 83.00%(P<0.05).After treatment,the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score decreased and Barthel index increased in both groups,and the improvement in observation group was better than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,endothelin-1(ET-1)level decreased and nitric oxide(NO)level increased in both groups,and the improvement of observation group was better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of S-100βprotein and neuron-specific enolase(NSE)in 2 groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Butylphthalide sodium chloride injection combined with edaravone dexamethasone can improve the efficacy of patients with cerebrovascular disease,improve the neurological function and the ability of daily life,and its mechanism of action may be related to the improvement of the endothelial function and the indexes related to the neurological damage.
