换流站设备运行状态智能监控系统的研究与应用

摘要 围绕换流站变电设备智能监控系统展开研究,阐述系统的架构设计和功能设计。该系统主要由传感器网络、数据采集模块、数据传输通道、数据分析引擎以及用户界面等核心组件构成,旨在实现设备参数的实时监测、精准的数据分析以及用户友好的可视化界面。在运行状态监控方面,系统提供了实时监测设备工作和环境参数的界面。在运行状态评估方面,通过建立监控信息模型,利用聚类分析和多元统计分析等方法对收集的数据进行深入分析,从而准确判断设备状态是否异常。 This paper studies the intelligent inspection system of substation equipment in converter station,and expounds the architecture design and functional design of the system.The system is mainly composed of sensor network,data acquisition module,data transmission channel,data analysis engine and user interface,aiming at realizing real-time monitoring of equipment parameters,accurate data analysis and user-friendly visual interface.In the aspect of running state monitoring,the system provides an interface for real-time monitoring of equipment working and environmental parameters.In the aspect of operation state evaluation,the monitoring information model is established,and the collected data are deeply analyzed by means of cluster analysis and multivariate statistical analysis,so as to accurately judge whether the equipment state is abnormal.
