化妆品皮肤不良反应是指使用化妆品引起的累及皮肤、黏膜及附属器等的局部或全身性损害。随着化妆品的种类增加及其广泛使用,不良反应发生率日益增高,发病类型增多,临床特征多样。为加强对化妆品不良反应的认识,本指南基于文献检索及评价、讨论、论证会、征求意见等制订流程,组织相关专家对《化妆品皮肤不良反应诊疗指南(2018版)》进行了更新与修订,旨在规范化妆品皮肤不良反应临床诊疗和安全监测。

Adverse skin reactions to cosmetics refer to local lesions or systemic damage involving the skin,mucosa,appendages and other tissues caused by the use of cosmetics.With the increasing variety and widespread use of cosmetics,the incidence of adverse skin reactions have been rising with increasing types of diseases and diverse clinical characteristics.To strengthen the understanding of adverse reactions to cosmetics,the guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of adverse skin reactions to cosmetics(2018 edition)was updated and revised by relevant experts based on literature search and evaluation,discussion,demonstration meetings,opinion solicitation,and other procedures,aiming to standardize clinical diagnosis and treatment of adverse skin reactions to cosmetics,as well as safety monitoring of cosmetics.
