摘要
以动车组轮对空心轴探伤结果为研究对象,依据动车组空心轴探伤规程,通过研究空心轴探伤设备、作业标准、环境、操作方面等影响探伤结果的因素,对现行动车组运用修和高级修探伤设备保养和探伤作业方式进行调研,对比分析各自的优劣,在符合空心轴探伤工艺要求的基础上,提出优化建议,以供检修和维护参考。
Taking ultrasonic testing results for hollow shafts of MU wheelsets as the research object,in accordance with the testing regulations for the hollow shaft of MUs,and through investigating the factors affecting the testing results,such as the testing equipment,operating standards,environment,and operation,we surveyed the flaw detection equipment maintenance and testing operation methods for the current MU service repair and the advanced repair and compared and analyzed their advantages and disadvantages,and proposed optimization suggestions on the basis of meeting the requirements of the hollow shaft testing technique,which provides a reference for overhaul and repair.
