电子信息工程人才培养的新模式:基于OBE理念的探索与优化

A New Mode of Training Electronic Information Engineering Talents:Exploration and Optimization Based on OBE Concept

随着信息技术的持续发展,社会对电子信息工程专业人才的要求也在不断提高,传统的人才培养机制正面临更新和改进的压力。基于OBE理念,文中提出并优化了一种全新的人才培养模式,重构了高校人才培养目标、毕业要求、课程体系和持续改进机制,以适应不断变化的技术和社会环境。实践表明,该方案充分发挥了学生的学习主动性,有效提高了教学质量,满足了电子信息工程人才的发展需求。

With the continuous development of information technology,the society̓s requirements for electronic information engineering professionals are also constantly improving,and the traditional talent training mechanism is facing the pressure of updating and improving.Based on the OBE concept,this paper proposes and optimizes a brand-new talent training model,reconstructs the talent training objectives,graduation requirements,curriculum system and continuous improvement mechanism in colleges and universities to adapt to the changing technology and social environment.Practice shows that the program gives full play to students̓learning initiative,effectively improves the quality of teaching,and meets the development needs of electronic information engineering talents.
